We launched the online CE Conversations on the Lectionary on March 9, 2022 in memory of the Bible Doctor, the late Bishop Daniel C. Arichea, Jr., who has served as lifetime consultant to the BCED, and columnist in The Filipino Methodist Newsletter and, later, The Filipino Methodist Magazine. Our new Bible consultant is the Rev. Dr. Rhoneil M. Arevalo, a Bible scholar who currently serves as Translation Consultant at the Philippine Bible Society.
Alternating with him is Rev. Maritz C. Cruz, Administrative Pastor of Sandmeier UMC. The lectionary Conversations is held every Thursday at 5:00 – 6:30 PM via zoom and live streamed on UMCTV and the BCED Facebook page. All pastors and church workers are invited to this lectionary weekly studies for free.
