We have raised the prizes for winners of the NBQ Grand finals to unprecedented levels, for both Junior and Senior age levels: first prize— PhP50,000; second – PhP40,000; and third— PhP30,000. We thank God for the leadership of our NBQ Chairperson, Judge Benjamin D. Turgano, who insisted on raising the prizes saying, “If the Bible is so important to us, why can’t we give a high premium for our young people who excel in it?”
We printed a limited edition 10th NBQ Commemorative Diglot Bible, the Official Bible Quiz reference and fund-raiser for the NBQ Permanent Fund. Local churches and individual members are invited to participate in the fund campaign and be proud owners of the NBQ Diglot Bible. Copies are still available in the BCED office, and in episcopal area offices.
